On June 8, 2020, Janvier Kigeri, a 21-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was tragically shot and killed in East Price Hill. Police responded to the scene around 1:40 a.m. and found Kigeri suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into his death revealed that Kigeri was the victim of a targeted attack, but the motive behind the shooting remains unclear.
