On July 11, 2020, 15-year-old Marcus Peters from Columbus, OH, tragically died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident occurred at a residence on Gerbert Road, where Marcus and three other teenagers were playing with guns and ammunition. According to police reports, the teens were engaging in dangerous activities, such as putting gas on rounds and setting them on fire.
