On December 3, 2017, at approximately 2:39 a.m., Columbus Police Officers responded to a call regarding a shooting at the Photo Shop Lounge, located at 1420 E. 5th Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. Upon arrival, officers discovered 28-year-old Dominic Davon Williams, a Black male, inside the lounge suffering from a gunshot wound. Witnesses at the scene reported that a brief altercation had taken place inside the establishment shortly before the shooting occurred.
