Regina Tobin, aged 58, died on August 30, 2020, in Shaker Heights, Ohio. She was found dead in her home along with her husband, John Tobin, 57, and their twin children, Natalie and Graham Tobin, both aged 15. The tragic incident was initially investigated as a suspected murder-suicide. Authorities determined that Regina and her children died of suspected homicides, while John Tobin's cause of death was not disclosed.
