Norma Monroe, a 43-year-old woman from Columbus, Ohio, tragically passed away on August 30, 2020. Norma was well-known and loved within her community. She was the daughter of Joycelyn and Walter Monroe, and a devoted mother to her son, J.W. Monroe. Norma was also a cherished sister to her siblings and an adoring aunt to many nieces and nephews.
