Derrick Robert Holsinger, a 33-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Portsmouth, Ohio, tragically passed away on September 5, 2020. He was found dead inside his apartment in the 1800 block of Wayne Avenue, Portsmouth. The Portsmouth Police Department responded to the scene and launched an investigation into his death.
