Zsailynn Amari Conley, a 4-year-old boy from Portsmouth, Ohio, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2022. He was found with a gunshot wound outside his home in the 1800 block of Grant Street just after 11:30 p.m. Zsailynn was immediately taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
