Chad Sissel, a 36-year-old man from Portsmouth, Ohio, was found dead behind a shed on October 29, 2022. The Portsmouth Police Department ruled his death as a homicide. Sissel's body was discovered in the 1200 block of Linden Avenue, and authorities received a call about the incident just before 5 p.m. Upon arrival, they pronounced him dead at the scene.
