Edward Lawson III, an 18-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2020, in Cleveland, OH. He was fatally shot inside a home on Maplerow Avenue around 1 a.m. According to police reports, Lawson was asleep when someone knocked on the door. When he answered, he was shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored SUV, and the motive behind the shooting remains unclear.
