Kerry Lynn Waller , a 47-year-old woman from Ashtabula, Ohio, and formerly of Tellico Plains, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 8, 2020. The exact circumstances of her death were initially unclear, but it was later revealed that she had been a victim of gun violence.
