Josie Papay Kamara, a 27-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically died on February 21, 2021, in Columbus, Ohio. Kamara was found suffering from a gunshot wound inside a residence on the 3500 block of Greenwich Street, where a party was taking place. According to the Columbus Division of Police, an argument broke out during the party, leading to someone opening fire inside the apartment. Kamara was transported to an area hospital but was later pronounced dead from his injuries.
