Kaylee Sue Freitag, a 17-year-old girl from Deerfield, Ohio, tragically passed away on March 12, 2021. She was born on September 26, 2003, to Samuel Freitag and Elizabeth Patton. Kaylee was a student at Southeast High School until she withdrew in August 2020 to attend school online. Her death was initially reported as a result of a gunshot wound.
