Andrew Thomas Swindall, a 45-year-old man from West Jefferson, Ohio, tragically lost his life on May 24, 2021. Swindall was one of four victims found in a shooting incident at an apartment on Jackson Street in West Jefferson. The other victims included Shawn A. Wright, 45, Jamie Danielle Lavender, 30, and Leon Billy Daniels, 38. Swindall was discovered outside the apartment, while the other three victims were found inside.
