In a grim discovery on December 4, 2012, Dyrelle Davis, a 34-year-old man, was found shot to death inside a home on Tacoma Street on Detroit's east side. He was not alone. Three other individuals were also found deceased at the scene, the victims of a quadruple homicide that stunned the community. The other victims were identified as 16-year-old Shawn Bender, 22-year-old Janetta Harris, and 28-year-old Jason Koester.
