John David Moore Jr., a 51-year-old African American man, tragically died on October 8, 2021, in Columbus, OH. He was fatally shot behind his South Linden home in what police believe was a robbery gone wrong. Moore, a former lawyer, was found in a parking area behind his home in the early hours of the morning and was later pronounced dead at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center.
