On November 10, 2021, Brittany Dobbs, a 27-year-old woman from Zanesville, Ohio, tragically lost her life in what was determined to be a murder-suicide. Brittany Dobbs and 41-year-old Wesley Sanders were found dead inside their Pine Street home. According to Zanesville Police Chief Tony Coury, both victims had gunshot wounds, and it was determined that Sanders shot himself, with the bullet traveling through him and striking Dobbs.
