Jennifer Draper, a 40-year-old woman from Millfield, Ohio, tragically died on November 26, 2021. She was born on September 23, 1981, in Athens, Ohio, and was the daughter of Jerry Arthur Draper and Jeanette Ilene Carsey Draper. Jennifer was employed as a hairdresser and had recently worked at Valero on Columbus Road. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her family.
