Otis Richard Keller, a 57-year-old African American man from Canton, Ohio, tragically died on December 8, 2021. He was found unresponsive in his apartment on Diana Place NW, with multiple gunshot wounds. The Stark County Coroner's Office pronounced him dead at the scene.
