Mark Osborn, a 50-year-old male resident of Riverside, Ohio, was tragically killed on January 17, 2022, in a shooting incident at his residence on Richland Avenue. The incident also resulted in the death of 35-year-old Richard Isaac, who succumbed to his injuries at Miami Valley Hospital, and left Osborn's fiancée injured but eventually released from the hospital.
