On September 2, 2003, Terry Beasley, a 23-year-old man from Dayton, Ohio, was tragically shot and killed while sitting in his car on Five Oaks Avenue. The incident occurred in the evening while Beasley was with his girlfriend. According to eyewitness accounts, an unidentified man in a hooded sweatshirt approached the vehicle, walked past it, turned back, and fired two shots at Beasley before fleeing the scene.
