James Joseph Benjamin Bennett, a 41-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically passed away on February 22, 2022. His death was ruled a homicide, and the investigation led to the arrest of Andrew Douglas Smith, a 28-year-old Cleveland man. Smith was charged with aggravated murder after police discovered Bennett's body buried in the basement of Smith's home on West 49th Street in Cleveland's Brookside neighborhood.
