On July 27, 2022, 16-year-old Arthur McKeller was fatally shot in Cleveland, Ohio. Arthur, a young male of African American ethnicity from Cleveland Heights, was sitting with a friend at a gas station on Scranton Avenue when an unknown individual approached them and opened fire. Both Arthur and his friend fled the scene, but Arthur collapsed near the 1700 block of Clark Avenue and was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
