Victor Huff, a 47-year-old electrician from Cleveland, OH, was tragically found dead on August 4, 2022. His decomposing body was discovered wrapped in a tarp in the Ohio City section of Cleveland. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner confirmed that Huff had been shot multiple times. His truck was found nearby, and witnesses reported seeing his body wrapped in a tarp near the intersection of Train and Richner Avenues.
