Born on March 18, 1971, in Wilkes County, she was the daughter of Tommy Lee Rhodes, Sr. and Margaret Sue Rhodes. Liza Ann Pierce was a mother to two children, Ashley Ann Pierce and Dereck Jerome Pierce.
