Robert Earl "Boogie" Bizzell Jr., a 33-year-old African American male, passed away on August 26, 2007. He was a resident of Winterville, North Carolina, and was born and raised in Pitt County. Robert was a truck driver and a member of Community Christian Church. He is survived by his wife, Neoka C. Bizzell, and their two children, Rakejia Dorjea Bizzell and Robert Earl Bizzell III.
