Ebony Chantelle Robinson, a 21-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on December 7, 2007. Her body was discovered along Wrenn Road in Orange County, North Carolina, near the Durham County line. Ebony, who was affectionately known as "Smiley," was a star athlete at Durham School of the Arts and a former student at North Carolina Central University.
