Isidra Sarabio, a 30-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life on January 1, 2012, in Concord, North Carolina. The incident occurred when her estranged husband, Eladio Hernandez-Pelaez, 54, arrived uninvited at the house where Isidra Sarabio lived with friends and family members. Hernandez-Pelaez confronted several people at the house and began shooting.
