Sheila Serrano, a 45-year-old woman from Concord, NC, tragically lost her life on February 12, 2014. She was one of three women who were fatally shot in a shocking incident that took place in Concord. The other victims were identified as Sharon Cox and Jessica Cox. The suspect, Darryl Angelo Anderson, 37, was arrested shortly after the incident and charged with three counts of murder.
