Frances Hess Souther, aged 56, was tragically murdered in her home in Concord, North Carolina, on November 27, 1992. Souther, a cafeteria worker at a local elementary school, was last seen alive by a neighbor on the evening of November 25, 1992. Two days later, her daughter discovered her body at the residence on Old Airport Road. Despite investigations, her case remains unsolved.
