Lisa Rhiannon Hoilman Cooper, a 35-year-old woman from Asheville, NC, passed away on November 22, 2012, at her home. Lisa was a registered nurse who had been working at the Charles George VA Medical Center for the past three years and was studying for her BSN Degree.
