Anthony Tyrell Miller, a 33-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 23, 2014, in Kinston, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Simon Bright Apartments, where police responded to a reported shooting shortly before 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Miller wounded outside the 22 building of the apartment complex.
