Jordan Margaret Peters Skaggs, a 30-year-old white female, tragically passed away on July 13, 2014, in Richlands, North Carolina. Jordan was born on July 27, 1983, and was a devoted mother of three children. She graduated from Fort Defiance High School in 2001 and was known for her love of music, the outdoors, and her children.
