Willie James, a 38-year-old African American male from Elizabeth City, North Carolina, passed away on October 18, 2014. His death was reported to have occurred at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. The circumstances surrounding his death were not immediately clear from the available sources. However, it was noted that he entered into eternal rest on that date, and a Celebration of Life was held for him on October 26, 2014, at St. Stephen Missionary Baptist Church.
