Patrick Squan Simmons, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 22, 2014, in Reidsville, North Carolina. On that fateful morning, officers responded to a call at Simmons' residence and found him suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to Annie Penn Hospital, Simmons was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
