Tony Vince Lewis Jr., a 32-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 17, 2015, in Jacksonville, North Carolina. According to reports, Tony Vince Lewis Jr. was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting at a gas station. The incident occurred when a moped rider, later identified as Travares "T" Francis Waters, approached Lewis's car and fired shots while wearing a full-face helmet.
