Alisa Mackey, a 29-year-old woman from Charlotte, NC, tragically passed away on April 5, 2015. She was shot multiple times at her apartment on Perth Court by her boyfriend, Cameron Phillips, who then took his own life. The incident occurred on Easter Sunday, and despite being rushed to the hospital, Alisa was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
