Deonta Lamont Ellerbee, an 18-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2015, in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. Ellerbee was found shot at 450 Caley Drive around 11:15 p.m. on June 23, 2015. He was subsequently transported to WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, where he was pronounced dead.
