Carrol Willis Griffin, a 30-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on July 11, 2015, in Monroe, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 1 a.m. in the 500 block of East Hudson Street. Griffin was found near a vehicle in a parking area, having sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
