Ni-Quawn Orlando Kornegay, a 19-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 1, 2015, in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on the 2000 block of S. Slocumb Street. Upon arrival, officers found Ni-Quawn lying on the ground, having succumbed to gunshot wounds.
