Francisco Antonio Rivas, a 21-year-old male, was found dead on October 30, 2015, near Highway 421 and Shiloh Road, close to Julian and Liberty, North Carolina. His body was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds and was in an advanced stage of decomposition. Rivas, also known as Francisco Rivas Galves-Huezo, was wanted in connection with the death of Esau Abraham Brenes, a 25-year-old male from Siler City.
