Dave Mirra

Dave Mirra, a 41-year-old white male and legendary BMX rider, was found dead in his truck in Greenville, North Carolina, on February 4, 2016. The Greenville Police Department reported that Mirra died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. He had been visiting friends in the area shortly before the incident. The police believe the cause of death was suicide.
