Geoffrey Glenn Gilliland, a 39-year-old white male, was found dead on February 29, 2016, in Alexis, North Carolina. His death was part of a tragic incident involving multiple victims. Gilliland, along with 33-year-old Stephanie Lynn Sanchez, was discovered naked and fatally shot in a bedroom at the home of Giovanni James Gambino, a 40-year-old corporate and political consultant. The three individuals had met online and were involved in a brief interaction before the fatal incident occurred.
