Brittany Nicole Locklear, a 27-year-old woman from Rowland, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on April 28, 2016. Brittany, who was of Native American descent, was struck by a stray bullet during an ongoing dispute between two families. The incident occurred on the 2500 block of South Robeson Road in Rowland. Brittany was not involved in the conflict and was found dead at the scene of the shooting.
