Taurus Lyn Locklear, a 29-year-old man from Rowland, North Carolina, tragically died on August 5, 2016, from gunshot wounds. His body was discovered in a car parked with its engine running on Woodland Avenue in Lumberton. The Robeson County Sheriff's Office investigated his death as a homicide.
