Cameron Brewington, an 18-year-old male from Lumberton, NC, tragically lost his life on October 15, 2016. Cameron, who was affectionately known as "Little Bear," was shot at the intersection of Cooper Street and Warwick Mill Road. The incident occurred in the late afternoon, and despite efforts to save him, Cameron succumbed to his injuries at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. The young man was a member of the Lumbee Tribe, a Native American community in North Carolina.
