Raheem Rayshaun Lamar Shivers, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2016, in Greensboro, North Carolina. Shivers was shot in the chest while sitting in his car around 2:30 a.m. on that fateful Sunday morning. He was reportedly talking to an unknown male when the shots were fired.
