Laquell L. Fletcher, a 29-year-old African American male from Hertford, NC, passed away on November 14, 2016. His death was a significant event in the community, and it was marked by a Celebration of Life service held at Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church on November 22, 2016. The viewing took place the day before at the same church. Laquell's remains were entrusted to Horton's Funeral Home and Cremations in Hertford, NC.
