Antonio DeCarlos Johnson Sr., a 36-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 20, 2016, in Greensboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the Smith Homes area, specifically on Sparta Drive, where Greensboro police and Guilford EMS responded to a report of a shooting at 6:32 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Johnson suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Despite being transported to a local hospital, Johnson succumbed to his injuries.
