On July 29, 2019, Nicholas Mills, a 19-year-old male from Columbia, PA, tragically lost his life due to a fatal shooting. The incident occurred at Mills' residence on North Third Street, where he was hosting a gathering with friends. The suspect, 17-year-old Antonio Acosta, was present at the apartment and was playing with a handgun he found between the couch cushions.
