Quanta Guan McRae, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on January 1, 2017, in Asheboro, North Carolina. Born on January 25, 1987, Quanta grew up in a close-knit family on Asheboro's Eastside and attended the Asheboro City Schools.
